UNLOCK YOUR HAMSTRINGS, HIPS & SPINE IN JUST 15 MINUTES A DAY!

In this FREE Challenge, presented by Tally Hershko, you will practice proven technique and exercises that will improve your mobility and flexibility even after 15 minutes! 
Everyone can become FLEXIBLE! We are all naturally flexible but as we age, we loose our basic range of motion and we become stiff. 
There are many benefits to being flexible, such as: 

  • Reduce Back, Neck and Body Pains

  • Improved Circulation

  • Improve Posture

  • Enjoy Active Life

  • Improved Sleep


During the challenge we will focus on three body areas: hips, hamstrings and back. 
We will use a targeted mobility training classes called : Science of Stretching. A method that works to open up your body and improve your mobility and flexibility.
 
The challenge will be 5 days. We will start on Monday and practice at the evening time for 15 minutes. The last session will be longer and will include a full body session for 45 minutes. 
 

No experience required, super stiff people always welcome:) I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.

Who I am?

  • Hi and nice to meet you! My name is Tally Hershko and my goal is to show women that working out on a regular basis is possible, easy, and fun!

  • I'm a certified mat Pilates instructor and a certified Flexibility Coach, a wife and a mother for 3 kids. I have extensive knowledge on moving the body the right way to get you results without injuries. 

  • I know how hard it is to maintain a regular workout and  in our busy lives but I found a way to make it accessible for everyone, easy, achievable and most of all simple!
