In this 2.5 hours workshop, presented by Tally Hershko and Manisha Natalwala , you will guided through a 45 minutes workout to boost your gut health followed by a 1.5 hours of cooking presentation and tasting of yummy, healthy dishes that can improve your gut health leaving you feeling energized and healthy!
