Join us in celebrating International Women's Day with an empowering pelvic health event!

This event is designed for women of all ages and backgrounds who want to improve their pelvic floor health.

The workshop will include a theoretical part of the pelvic floor muscles, the importance of pelvic floor health and provide practical tips for improving pelvic strength and release.


You'll be guided with meditation and pelvic floor exercise session at a safe and relaxing space, so you can put what you've learned into practice.
