In this 2.5 hours  event, presented by Tally Hershko and Manisha Natalwala , you will guided through a fun workout to tone your body followed by a cooking presentation and tasting of yummy, fresh and healthy dishes that are perfect for the summer leaving you feeling strong, energized and healthy!

There is no need to bring anything to the workshop. All items, including a mat, lunch and drinks will be provided.
