One hour special class to stretch your body.
We will talk about how to stretch properly, when to stretch, how to breath during stretching, what is effective stretching and do a stretching workout to reach your stretching goal.
You will receive theoretical and practical tools for a better stretching practice.
At the end of this class you will:
Lengthen tight muscles
Gain tools to stretch on your own
No experience is needed, all levels are welcome!
