Valentine's Day is a time to celebrate the one you care about, and what better way to do so than with a focused, relaxing workout?
Come join us for a special time of self-love and journalism, getting closer to our bodies, and enjoying a mindful workout practice that will help you listen to your body and mind.
This 1.5 hour event will take place on
Monday February 13th
19:30-21:00 at The Space

-> A 5 euros deposit is required.
There is no need to bring anything to the event, you can bring your own mat or take one from the studio.
