for movement and for helping people.

I moved to Valencia, Spain, with my family (husband and 3 kids, and now also a cat) 3 years ago, to experience life in Spain.
Not long after our move, I've started my Pilates business to create a safe space for people to move their body with a purpose and at ease.
Since I was an expat myself and didn't know anyone in the city, I wanted to create a place for people to meet other great people and connect with their body and with others.
My Pilates journey started 16 yeas ago, when I was pregnant with my first child and I was looking for a workout that I can do while being pregnant that will help me preserve my strength and mobility and to be able to resume activity after giving birth.
I fell in love with this method and learned to appreciate it and I've doing Pilates ever since.
After 15 years working as an engineer at medical device companies, I've decided I want to explore the world of fitness and wellness and I've become a mat Pilates certified instructor.
I quit my job as a Product Manager and went to study how to become a Pilates instructor!
I got my certification from the Martha Pilates Center which qualifies under the Pilates Method Alliance criteria.
Luckily I'm able to combine both my passions of teaching Pilates but also being a self employed consultant for medical device companies.
My goal is to create a safe and secure environment so you feel comfortable and relaxed when working out.
I really enjoy seeing how people evolve and progress when they do Pilates and how their body is changing and they start to feel so good!
As being a new girl in town, my focus is on creating a community of other like-minded people where we can socialize with other people, workout together, share our experiences, make our lives healthier and happier.
Aside from my work I enjoy playing the guitar and recently started learning how to play drums (so challenging!).
I also really like to workout whenever I can and I love exploring different workouts such as Pole fitness, Yoga, Dance, Ballet and more.
So hear I am, sharing my love to Pilates and a healthy lifestyle and offering different services so you can join our growing community and kick start your healthy lifestyle.
Absolutely everyone is welcome to my classes! I provide classes indoors and in the fresh air for those who want to workout outside.
I have customized classes for new and expecting mums, and they can bring their babies too, so they can also enjoy meeting other mums and their babies can also socialize with other babies.
Whenever you can join us, just send me a message, I promise to always greet you with a smile and with open arms.
My classes are done in small groups so I make sure I see you and I can provide you the best exercise for your needs.
As an expat myself I know how difficult it can be on your own in a new town, so I welcome everyone to my classes.
Working out together helps meet new people and create a community of other people like you, to have fun with, enjoy some time together and transition smoothly into a new life in Valencia.

Our classes are fun, never boring, challenging yet relaxing and enjoyable. Oh yes, they also help you improve your posture, reduce neck and back ache, increase your flexibility, strengthen your body as well as improve mobility and balance.
Each class is a total body workout that incorporates the 6 principles of Joseph Pilates – Breathing, Centering, Precision, Flow and Concentration which are essential in every exercise.
I make sure you are executing the exercise the best way that fits you, regardless if it is a group class or a private class.

Pilates is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without muscular bulk.
The Pilates Method is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th Century by Joseph Pilates. It is based on a set of principles and exercises engaging the mind which work the whole body in balance, coordinating the upper and lower musculature with the body's center in order to re-align and strengthen the full body, as well as toning muscles and balancing muscular force at the joint level.
Joseph Pilates called the method The Art of Contrology, which refers to the way the method encourages the use of the mind to control the muscles.
